CM Steele has done it again- written another smash hit with her latest called “Boomer”. In this story, she is stepping into the MC genre and wow what a hot read it is. Garrett /Boomer was lost after he was medically discharged from the military, and he knew his brothers in arms must be feeling the same way . Boomer and his real brother Jackson had formed an MC years before. It was a group of guys who had the same moral belief, were loyal to one another and also liked to ride. Boomer came to realize that he along with his siblings, Jackson, and their sister, Morgan, and friends had a way to make their own way, literally, and buy a place then rebuild from the ground up. So Boomer bought a whole town. Five years later the town is booming at a huge rate, businesses are asking to move there, and Boomer's family, both biological and chosen, have made lives there. Boomer’s sister Crystal ends up moving to town and that’s when Boomer meets Crystal’s friend Morgan. Crystal’s story on how she met Morgan is heartwarming and you will want to hug Morgan tight for I know I did. The chemistry between Morgan and Boomer is intense and instant. Morgan felt overwhelmed by that attraction. Morgan is one sassy woman and nothing holds her tongue and she speaks her mind and lets people know how she feels. Boomer is immediately turned on by anything and everything she does. Only thing to mar this budding relationship is the danger that is hitting the town at the same time danger is surrounding Morgan. What danger is trying to take out the MCs? Also, Crystal has issues that have followed her to town as well. Can Boomer keep Morgan, Crystal, his family, and the town safe? Who is really targeting Steelville and the MCs? Can Boomer and Morgan get their HEA?
This story was jam pack full of drama, intrigue, suspense, betrayal, danger, passion, insta-love, and true love. I loved the secondary characters that were introduced and cant to read their stories (hint hint: Crystal). The chemistry and connection between the H/h was spot on. Ms. Steele has done it again and wrote a story that hooked me from the very beginning. I cant wait to read the next book in this series for this is addictive—I can tell this series is gonna be good!!! It already is! I highly recommend this as a must read!
