Fox by Maya Alden is an absolute masterpiece! This emotional standalone follows Lucy and Fox, who married out of duty. When Lucy overhears Fox saying he never loved her, she walks away. An unexpected accident changes everything, causing a regretful Fox to step up and care for her. To protect her heart and test his sudden change of heart, Lucy fakes amnesia. Their journey to healing is emotional, difficult, and beautifully written. I was completely hooked by the satisfying revenge and intense groveling. I didn't want this book to end—highly recommended!   Alessia was easily my favorite part of  " The Wrong Vintage" by Maya Alden.  Her strength, grit , and passion for winemaking made her impossible not to love. Even when faced with heartbreak, loss, and a difficult marriage, she never gives up. Nico definitely put my emotions through the wringer. His mistakes have a huge impact on their relationship, but his love for Alessia and the regret he feels made his journey just as compelling. Alessia and Nico's marriage of convenience turned into the real deal, and the gorgeous Tuscan vineyard setting utterly transported me right into their world. I fell completely in love with them as characters and am already counting down the days for the next book and new main characters. My Rating : 4.5 stars ****
