Collision Point is book 1 of a new series, Brute Force by Lora Leigh. This is the story of Riordan “Rory” Malone and Amara Resnova. I have been dying to read Rory Malone’s story for years and when I heard Ms. Leigh was writing it, I did my happy dance. In reading this book, she outdid herself for the story is full of action, intrigue, betrayal, angst, heartbreak, passion, desire and undying love.
Amara has lost a year of her life due to memory loss. It is known by her that she was abducted horribly beaten but saved by Rory and his team. Then as Rory and his team were recusing her, the unthinkable happens.. fast forward six months and she is dealing with the memory loss which happened the night of her kidnapping and beating. Amara is not dealing well with her loss of memory and on top of it, someone is trying to kill her. What she remembers are in her dreams of her being in danger and Rory protecting her. Will Amara find the answers she was seeking or will who is trying to kill her be able to make good on that threat? Will Rory and Amara finally get their HEA?
