Fox by Maya Alden is an absolute masterpiece!
This emotional standalone follows Lucy and Fox, who married out of duty. When Lucy overhears Fox saying he never loved her, she walks away. An unexpected accident changes everything, causing a regretful Fox to step up and care for her. To protect her heart and test his sudden change of heart, Lucy fakes amnesia.
Their journey to healing is emotional, difficult, and beautifully written. I was completely hooked by the satisfying revenge and intense groveling. I didn't want this book to end—highly recommended!
