Wicked Gentleman by Christy Pastore is a talented, solid, entertaining, and emotional romance read. Jax and Stevie met and immediately right off the bat they have instant chemistry. I have to say this about Stevie- she is sassy, sweet, smart and just one great heroine I have read of late. She never gave up and was determined to love life even when life was terrible for her. Jax is a perfect complement to her character. He is strong, dominant, kind and loyal. Stevie has a run of bad luck trying to start her big girl life but in comes Jackson and things start to turn around. He finds himself super attracted to her and finds ways of being around her which Stevie didn’t like. But sometimes you need to learn to accept help when its given and I think he was able to help her see that. There are a lot of secrets, drama, angst, tension, intense passion, suspense, mystery and high intensity romance in this story. Ms. Pastore writes a story that keeps the reader hooked from start to finish and gives a beautifully written romance. I found Wicked Gentleman to be one of, if not, my favorite by hers because it has the IT factor in this read. I enjoyed Jax and Stevie as a couple. This is a MUST READ!!!
