Montana Fire by Vanessa Vale
is a small town romance that is big on heat, family and laughter. Jane West is
a widowed mother of two. Jane’s husband was a cheater and she was in the
process of divorcing him when he died. Since then she hasn’t gone out with
anyone and just makes sure she is the best mother to her children. She works
with her mother-in-law, Goldie at a sex shop and OMG just the scenes
with her working there are insanely funny. Ty Strickland is new to Bozeman.
He has moved there to work with the fire department and is a
military veteran. Ty and Jane end up meeting and from there , their chemistry
is immediate. Ty quickly slid under Jane’s defenses and the story flows. There
is this mystery that involves Jane and some items she purchased at a yard sale
which then involves Ty and the story flares with the heat of their chemistry
and desire. I enjoyed how the story played out . Jane and Ty made for a great
couple. As for who was the villain in this story, things were on twists and
turns until about the end. The bad guy was a real bad guy and was perfect in
his role. I look forward to the next book in this series.
