Bride to Keep by Alta Hensley & Maggie Ryan
this is the story of Monet, Cal, Derrick, Rogan, and Nolan. This
book has one of the prettiest yet steamiest covers I have seen of recent times.
It is one of the factors that will enchant yet draw you into reading this book. I have to say this is one well written dirty,
erotic, taboo reverse harem read. This book starts off in the US with the O'Shea
Brothers burning down one of their arch-enemies Dallas Callaghan's house.
Dallas is responsible for killing their parents. As the book starts, the
O Shea brothers are discussing their young sister’s fascination with a local
new-age shop run by Monet. They don’t approve of her and think she is
some sort of scam artist which she really isn’t. Monet is alone and doesn’t
have anyone since her grandmother passed. She left her shop to Monet who now
runs the place to make her living. Monet feels closeness with one customer, Alana
yet her brothers are trying to ruin that. They have banned Alana from seeing
Monet and going to her shop. When Alana comes in again after they have warned
Monet what would happen if she doesn’t heed their words, then the brothers
decide to make her sorry she crossed them. They decide since their young sister
likes Monet and they need another woman on their trip back to Ireland, they
kidnap Monet in order to make her pay for crossing them. This is where the dark
romance and reverse harem comes out. I will say there is instant chemistry
between the brothers and Monet from the beginning yet they didn’t want to admit
it. This is one fantastic Dark Romance filled with angst, action, taboo, sizzling
sex, hot men, heartache , redemption and love. If you like stories like this,
you must read this steamy read!!!
