I definitely didn’t need a wife. I just wanted her. In my home. In my bed. I was going to own every inch of her elegantly curved body. I’d keep her for as long as I wanted her, and then we’d both walk away. What could possibly go wrong?

My Review:
This was a great romance
story that had that spark that keeps your interest from the beginning. The characters are definitely interesting –
you have one exciting and hot alpha billionaire named Jacob Winters and the heroine named Abigail-now
she is in trouble from Big Bad John Jordan and the only person she could think
of that could help was Jacob. And this is how the story begins. There is
intrigue, mystery, romance, passion, action and some heartbreak.
What I loved about Abigail
is her love for her mom. She took what she had , her body, and used it to bargain
to help her mom and keep her safe. This is how she gets Jacob’s help, only
thing is in the process, she starts falling for him. Jacob had feelings for Abigail
and sees an opportunity to get Abigail where he wants her and seizes it.
There are many twists and turns which was awesome; I also enjoyed the
supporting characters in this story which also added another level of flavor to
this romantic read. I loved the ending which had me really psyched on this new
series and I cannot wait for book 2 which features the supporting characters
Vance and Magnolia
