ARC Review of Naughty Little Gift by Angel Payne

This is a new spin off from Cimarron series of Angel Payne.  Naughty Little Gift is the  first novel in the Temptation Court series which Cassian Court, a billionaire who heads to the Island of Arcadia where he meets Mishella, a spirited  woman who has lived under the rule of her parents and hadn’t had the chance to think for herself or really do for herself. Mishella Santelle works for Brooke Cimmaron, princess of Arcadia. She sees the visitor to the court, Cassian Court and is instantly taken by him and his handsome face.

Cassian  is extremely rich, so rich infact, that the island is counting on his money and corporate genius to bring the island into the new century to get them up and running. When he sees how bad Ella is treated, he amends the contract to include Ella's time with him for 6 months. You would think Ella would be extremely happy? Eh , not so much -because he drives her insane. Insane is lust and with all that is Cassian.  Cassian has some serious ghosts in his past, and he has no intention on keeping Ella past the 6 month deadline. Can Ella change that fact and get Cassian to break with his rules and let her into his life and break that deadline and go past the 6 months? Can she be that woman to do it?

The heat , the passion, the desire and angst rule this story. OH Cassian is so naughty and alpha while Ella is spirited, innocent, passionate , and sweet. There is intrigue, action, adventure and conspiracy plus the alpha male who takes what he wants and doesn’t care what is in his way or who. That is why I Love Angel Payne, she writes it as it needs to be written, for women who like the alphas just that way, with cherries on top stories. I must say, this is one of my favorite stories branching off from the Cimarron series and I cannot wait for more.
