Colby is an incredible, compassionate, sexy male. He is a firefighter that has an accident while helping a baby during a house fire. He ends up hurt really bad during fighting that fire and needs physical therapy. This is where we meet Lydia. She is a Physical Therapist and she is one woman out of a million. She has gone thru something traumatic in her own life that has changed her, shaped her life. When they first meet each other, Colby recognizes Lydia as his soul mate, and she recognized him to possibly be hers.

Their path to love is amazing and so extraordinarily beautiful all the while these two deal with their past and present issues. They have pain that they have to deal with before they can truly become one with each other. It was so rewarding to read as Colby and Lydia work toward the goals they have which is to be together and to have the love that they see for them for one another. What was another great part of this story is what Lydia has in her personal life which adds to the charm--I dont want to say anymore but trust me when you read this book, you will understand why this elevates the story and makes it so much more, just amazing. Lydia is this strong woman yet there is this core that to her that is vulnerable . She is a woman who works, a woman who presents this strong front but really deep down, she wishes for someone to be there for her. There is so much I want to say but you need to really read this story. Colby is that one person who sees Lydia and recognizes something about her that calls like to like. OMG it is so good. Their passion, their connection. I dont want to give any spoilers away but I have to just say, READ THIS BOOK. Their chemistry and banter really helped elevate this book and make this one of my favorites by Lauren Rowe. She wrote a truly touching, uplifting, heartwarming, passionate , incredible romance read that will have you reaching for tissues. This story is real and it shows what happens when life gets in the way and goes wrong and what happens when another life plan steps in your way. The emotions, the feels really grab you and take control with this read---There is grief, heartache, heartbreak, sadness, happiness, passion, humor –just everything that combines up into one fantabulous mix of goodness that will keep you hooked from start to finish. And you will see all the Morgan bros are in the mix so get prepared for the hotness that is the Bros..hubba hubba!!! This book is really an insta-love story intermixed then with slow heat of their love story and what a mix it is and I loved it all. I can’t wait to read more from Ms. Rowe because I can't wait to see where she takes us readers next.
