ARC Review of Don't Go by Alexa Riley

Don’t Go (For You, #3)Don’t Go by Alexa Riley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Alexa Riley continues to produce some of the sexiest, steamiest, sweetest romances out there. She continues that trend with “Don’t Go” in the For You series. This is Henry’s story- Henry’s parents are Miles and Mallory whom we met in “Everything for Her”. Henry definitely takes after his dad. He is very alpha, very possessive and quite the charmer yet somewhat in a nerdy way.
This is a 2nd chance romance between Henry and Kory. Their story started back in high school and it what seemed to start promising in their senior year of high school ended tragically. Fast forward 10 years later and you have a very determined alpha CEO Henry and a beautiful timid chemical engineer Kory. Their chance at romance is now, especially since Kory has come back to New York after the way she left the city after the debacle of their senior year. Can Henry get a second chance with his true love or will Kory freeze him out forever? Or will she finally open her eyes to the future and to the man that she has always loved and never stopped.
This novella is packed full of action, passion, angst, longing, heartbreak, alpha-goodness, great sassy banter and TRUE LOVE. I enjoyed watching Henry and Kory together. The plot was great, the characters fantastic and the action fabulous. There is even a villain that is lurking in the background that adds spice and some added drama to the story. AR has made this For You series story a winner. I look forward to reading what is next from them. If you like alpha males and sassy females, then you will fall in love with this read.

My Rating: 4.7 stars *****
