DOWN ON ME by J. Kenner is
book One in the "Man of the Month" series. This is Reece
Walker and Jenna Montgomery’s story. Reece, Jenna and Brent have been
BFF for more than majority of their lives yet Reece and Jenna have
started lately to feel more than friendship. Reece has had to fight the
attraction he started to feel for Jenna and he thinks she doesn’t feel the
same. He doesn’t want to break up the trio’s tight friendship on his feelings
that he now feels for Jenna, not realizing that she , too, has developed
feelings for Reese. Whenever Reese and Jenna are around one another, their chemistry
is evident and sparks fly. How will these two life-long BFF deal with
their newly developed feelings for one another and will they even take the
chance on a relationship or will they sit back and let the chance of their
blossoming relationship die out? This is a beautiful story of three friends ,
two who find themselves in love with each other and they are not wanting to
hurt the 3rd friend with this newly discovered feelings. I loved
Reese and Jenna- they are smart, intelligent, sensitive yet they held deep
passions for one another and were good friends to Brent. I liked the start to
this new series and look forward to the next book in this series.
