I have read a lot of the
books in the Misadventures book series and this is one of my favorite in the
series. Misadventures with the Boss
by Kendall Ryan is book 12 in the
Misadventures series but can be read as a standalone book in the series. This
is the story of Piper Daniels and Jackson Dane. Piper is at
a point in her life where she has hit a wall in her personal life. She has
moved recently and is about to start a new job soon. Her sister ends up going
online and putting Piper on a hookup site. That hookup leads to one sexy,
sizzling romp between the sheets for Piper and the hottest night in her life.
Then she gets the shock of her life when her hookup ends up being her new boss billionaire
Jackson Dane. Jackson hadn’t forgotten about their night and now cant
forgot. Can these two go from hookup to hooked up relationship style?
What a fabulous and sexy
read. I loved the fresh plot, exciting banter between Piper and Jackson, and
the combination between sweet and steamy makes this a perfection addition to
the Misadventures series. Ms Ryan wrote a great story and she made her
characters relatable and likeable which makes for even better reading. Ms. Ryan shows why she is everyone’s favorite
author and will continue to be so with stories such as this.
