There is a NEW Lair in town
and he is sizzling hot and is my new sexy hot book boyfriend. Vaughn Lair is a sex therapist who
has his own radio talk show and to him, nothing is scared or even off limits,
hence SHOCK JOCK title. His perspective on love, sex, and relationships
is quite eye opening and his listeners really listen to hear what he has to say
and a lot believe in him and his advice.
Haven Castell is
Vaughn's best friend and has been since college. Their
friendship has lasted over years and now she is his PA which means she
keeps him on track and on task, which trust me, is hard given who he has
become. Vaughn was offered this killer
job offer in NYC which meant Haven and Vaughn relocated to NYC. This move sees
them both making new changes in their lives. Something happens soon after the
move which changes the course of their work/best friend relationship that has
them feeling like things have changed and can never go back to how it was
before. Do they want to keep going on
this new course or have things changed so much that they can never get back
what they had? Vaughn feels like he has lost control over his own life and its
all because of a woman named Apple and her call to him on air. He totally
reacts like a man and I loved his responses to everything. Haven is one sassy
lady and I adored her tremendously. Can I have her as my new friend now??
Pretty please? I loved her and wanted to make Vaughn my new boy toy…this story
is awesome and I have to say Vaughn and Haven’s unique story will touch your
heart and have you in stiches. Do they get a HEA or will NYC be the end of it
all for them? You have to read to find out how ShockJock makes it out.
