Jenna's writing just keeps getting
better and hotter. Her writings which involves BDSM genre is written perfectly
and is done correctly. The world she created with the Doms of Genesis just
sucks me in and I find I am sucked in each and every time I read her books. I
got so excited when I heard Ms. Jacob had a new book coming out-Seeking My Destiny in the Doms of Genesis world. I was so happy
to see Sasha aka Destiny from the club finally get her own book. She had lost
her way and I felt so bad for her because she had this bad rep but no one
really saw what was going on with her except for a few people and even then I don’t
think they saw how bad things were with her. Destiny aka Sasha doesn’t have the best of luck with the Doms
she’s worked with over the year. With each one she has had, they
have abandoned her and left her feeling wanting- especially after she thought
she found” the one” Dom that was right for her. Now she is a seething mass of
anger at the injustice of it all. Her anger makes her lash out when she is
around other subs and the Doms. That makes her seem like a real Witch. It has
gotten the point her future with Club Genesis may be in jeopardy! Something has
to change and that comes when Mika gives her contract that will fill the void.
Now this Sasha thinks will fill the void so she is wondering who Caine is and
when he will arrive but that completely escapes the next day when she meets Law.
Suddenly Sasha is trying to
figure out what to do. She has two sexy and hot men- two different men - Law
and Cane. Surely she can’t have both men…. could she?
In Seeking My Destiny, we get
to see who Sasha/Destiny really is and get her back story. She isn’t a true
witch. She isn’t the baddie that she was portrayed in the previous books and I
am so glad to see that. I remember in the previous book, she wasn’t attentive
of her last Dom, Master Sam but in this book we get to see her side of
things vs what we saw written in others viewpoint. She isn’t the bad person but
someone who was floundering and looking for her place and kept getting
misplaced and she wasn’t taken care of.
My heart hurt for her and then to have these men come into her life…WOW
WOW WOW!!!! Law and Sasha were hot and
sexy and then add Caine to this mix—oh sweet baby Jesus, the sizzle steam just
got hotter!!!
There is this mysterious
layer and when they all get together, it is just amazingly harmonic. I was
jumping up and down doing the Happy Dance. This story brings together elements
of danger, suspense , BDSM, passion, mystery and Love ; For me, one of the best
parts of the story, beside Sasha finding her HEA, is Sasha coming to her
realization with how it relates to submission. You definitely must read this story;
it is another awesome addiction to the Doms of Genesis story. I very much
enjoyed this one and look forward
to the next one.
