I must've been 5 or 6 when I started writing "stories". I would write them and hide them. Not wanting anyone to see my "secret" thoughts. I needed to write - even back then. Now I'm just not hiding them anymore. Is that a sign of maturity? Nah... Writer, photographer, insatiable wanderluster, edge-player, foodie, music addict, pop culture fanatic, animal lover, warrior for the rights of people and planet, and avid cusser (am a Native New Yorker, so very little offends me...and if I am offended, it must be pretty freaking bad..like bad grammar!) This is simply a book that is
quite different than the other books that Julie has written—I have wondered how
to write my review because on one hand it was spellbinding and addictive but on
the other hand, it left me wondering if I truly got closure. I loved the story
even though I wondered what if…
Love on the Edge of Time is a romantic
suspense story that has a paranormal twist to it and above all is a romance
story. This is Jesse Winslow and Kylie Martin’s story- they are meant
for one another but someone does NOT want them to be together. Jesse is a
bad boy, a rocker with a tender heart and Kylie is a former pageant queen who
is truly gorgeous inside and out. Jesse and Kylie both have busy lives
and they also have demons they have to face. They meet by chance – they always
end up meeting - Always finding each other and yet each time, there are obstacles
standing in their way, trying to destroy their love. I don’t want to say any more except to say,
this is one story that you must experience to understand the pure love, the
pure passion – the true connection that Jesse and Kylie have together. You will find a wonderful combination of old
and new characters in the story which enhanced this romance read. Make
sure to keep tissues handy for it is a definite tear jerker of a read.
