Sterling shore –I ADORE the Sterling shore series!!  To me, it is one of the best series out there and one I find that I re-read because the characters are so good and entertaining. There is a lot of angst, drama, pain, craziness, sexy times, make ups, LOVE  and the eventual HEA. Oh there is humor and that is also what draws me to this series. And Taming A Maverick  is no different .

In this book,  the couple is Maverick and Salem. We get to see Maverick in a whole new light. He isn’t the joker but someone who truly feels. Maverick & Salem are one smoking hot couple . When the story started Salem is bitter and somewhat jaded because of her mother, while Maverick is dealing with his father and issues on that end. These two end up meeting and its instant chemistry. As the story progresses and you get further into the story, you see why Salem is the way she is. Maverick is different with her and his heart is opened to her and only her. While Salem falls head over heels for him. There is a lot of pain and angst and heartbreak and I wanted to hug them both. And I wanted to slack a certain person . Maverick went from a character I didn’t really understand and didn’t know if I would like to a character I Fell for totally in this book. He was perfect for Salem. There were a lot of ups and downs in this story but that’s what made this a perfect Sterling Shores story. I know Maverick found his “one” in this book. I cannot wait for more in the Sterling Shores series.
