Sassy, dramatic, hot-headed are just some of the words used to describe me since the time I was born. A few little mishaps growing up and my mom has a running ‘Emerson Baker’ prayer circle, and I have the reputation of a spit-fire that won’t go away.

I prefer the terms loyal, passionate, fiery, and possibly a bit impulsive.

So when my best friend proposes the concept of starting our own business, I jump on the idea.

Ahren spent her formative years living in an active volcano. There her family made collectible lava art. She studied rock collecting at the Sorbonne in France. There she met the love of her life-her pet pig Sybil. She returned to the states and started writing. She is happily married to a guy who used to live under a bridge and she met while pole-dancing. Now, meet the real me. I grew up in the south and consider myself a true “Southerner”. Most of the special locations mentioned in my books are reflections of my favorite places. Living on the Florida coast, my family spends a lot time at the beach, which is where I usually can be found with a book in my hand.

************MY REVIEW**********

What a phenomenal, hilarious well written book I found this book to be. I laughed, I cried and I was hooked from the very first page.

Take one heroine who is full of sassiness and makes sure to let those around her to never rest, then take a hero who is all possessive alpha and isn’t about to let the heroine get away. Oh and the fact that he is a detective isn’t something to sneeze about either.

Emerson & Maren are two independent woman and I totally loved them. They are awesome. Emerson is the leading lady in this story and Maren is her BFF. Their hijinks will keep you in stiches. They are sassy, sweet, mischievous and together are a force to be feared. They have each other’s back and when you add in a cheating fiancée’, and it's earth shattering. They protect one another. That is a true BFF relationship.

Walker is the new man / new detective in town. He is definitely one possessive alpha male and isn’t afraid to put a claim on Emerson when he sees what he wants and that is what happens after  his very first glimpse of her. The chemistry between Walker and Emerson sizzles and smolders  from their first interaction and it's super easy to see that they've found their 'one' in each other because every look, every touch, every word spoken brings them closer and more connected to one another.

Only thing is Emerson is withholding a secret, one that could affect her new relationship with Walker—and it involves her BFF Maren.  Two words to remember “vagina vigilantes”.

Ahren Sanders does a fantastic job with the writing and characters in “Trixsters  Anonymous”. The pace is fast moving, the characters are complex and full of layers and there is suspense, mystery, action, romance –oh the romance is full of heat and passion and on top of that, we have a secondary minor substory going on with Maren and Marcus, Walker’s best friend. I loved their story that was going on. This is one fabulous story that is one you will re-read because it is just that awesome and full of laughs and excitement and the characters will draw you into their lives like they are friends that you are catching up with. With all that is going on in this story, this is one book that you truly NEED in your kindle this year!!!
