I've read every single books
of Haley Monroe's and I love her Daddy Dom/little girl theme that
goes thru every book she writes. It is phenomenal because you can see another
perspective of this type of lifestyle; don’t get me wrong, this is definitely an
erotica/romance book. Pipe Dreams is a little bit different than her
other books. Poppy is a young woman with specific needs which she
has never had a chance to experience or broach until now. Then we have Holden
who has so much pressure on him and it doesn’t allow him to be master or to let
his dominant side venture out to play like he should. When these two meet, it’s
like Holden’s Dominant recognizes Poppy’s
Submissive side and at first they don’t realize that is what each are until
something happens and then BOOM, they seamlessly slip into Dom/sub
roles. Oh and how hot it was. And while
the Dom/sub roles are there but there is also this story going on – Ms. Monroe
showed us who Holden and Poppy are and how they worked at their relationship.
They weathered their stormy waters and kept their relationship strong. The journey is different than others we have
read in Ms. Monroe’s stories but it is beautiful and sexy. I loved it and definitely
look forward to more from Haley Monroe.
