ARC REVIEW OF "How We Fall " BY MELISSA TOPPEN

Melissa Toppen’s newest book  “How We Fall” captivated my senses and had me hooked from word one on page one until the very last word , on the very last page. I was sorry that Cole & Melanie’s story was over. This is an emotional 2^nd chance love story that will have you rooting for them from word one. I will tell you, this is an emotional story, one about two childhood friends who never were BF/GF until years later.  They ended up apart for reasons that you read about in this story and you root for them to find their way towards love and HEA. Their road to love is paved with rocky emotions, with hurt feelings, with passions that are just now being investigated and this is all the good and bad things about 2^nd chances-a chance to see them work out.

I loved this book- not everything is all happy and full of unicorns, there are sad emotions, sad times and angry feelings/sad feelings but I loved how Cole and Melanie worked thru everything.  This is a story about soul mates, about true mates- about finding that right person and never going anywhere else because you have found your emotional home, your soulplace.

How We Fall took me many places emotionally , Melanie and Cole are a joy to read and Ms. Toppen has another winner with her HEA 2^nd chance Love Story.
