This is Gabriella Rojas and Ren Mcpherson’s
story. We see in the beginning what happened to Brie- She is alone and helpless
because of Hannah did . In this book, we find out Duvan is dead and Brie
is literally broken inside. Ren isn’t the same man in previous books- he is
hardened inside , angry and of course, Hannah is still crazy.
In this dark romance story,
we get a chance to see The Tigress alone and without backup at first. She is trying
to find her way back to the light. The pain she suffers in this book is
horrendous , both emotional and physical.
The time it takes her to get back to her real true love, Ren, is a bit
but when they do, WOW! It shows they both did grow emotionally- they mature .
Ren definitely comes into his own. He becomes an alpha-he has never given up on
Brie. He has always deep down been waiting for her. Its like a twisted kind of
Romeo/Juliet love story but with darker tones and a lot more pain. A lot of things will happen in this book that
will leave you hanging your head in shock- all I can do is tell you to hold on
and ride the wave that is K Webster’s
twisted dark romance series “War & Peace”. There are many twists and turns
in this book and the epic cliffhanger at the end has me dying for book 6. You will go thru many emotions in this book which is how K Webster loves it—gosh
darn it!! Come on book 6, I need answers now!! I loved revisiting some of the
previous characters and getting to know what is up but I need to know whats
going to happen next! K Webster is like my book pusher- she will get you hooked
and has you coming back for more (smile)
