M.Robinson is just one
of the best writers I have come across and her books are like my drug of
choice. Whenever I know she has one out ,I have to read it and I don’t care how
long it takes, I cant get up until I am done and that is the case for ROAD
TO NOWHERE which is Creed's
and Mia's story. In this we have the
characters from The Good Ol' Boys series and El Diablo that are mixed in and now involved in Road
To Nowhere so we have a fantastic trip back with
old characters and we meet some new ones. When El Diablo ended, we get an idea
of what was to happen in Road to Nowhere.
In this book, we get to see how Creed and Mia meet and develop their
friendship ( thru her brother Mason) and how that friendship slowly turned to
love. During this time, Creed went from a happy teenager to this dark and raw
man who patched in to the MC biker group
and ended up as full fledged
brother into the 'Devils Rejects.' He ends up joining the military with
Mason –there is a story there as to why he did that but little Mia didn’t forget
her “Creed’ and she kept writing him letters and making sure he knew she cared
and was here for him. We see that friendship turn to love but Creed doesn’t do
love and he kept Mia at a football length from him yet that didn’t stop Mia
from still pursuing the only man she ever loved. I swear, the angst, the
grittiness, the passion, the heat and the true devotion pours out along with
the action and the danger. I felt so much for both Mia and Creed. Something
happens that changes things in a HUGE way. My heart hurt for Mia and at one
point, I wanted to kick Creed but there were more twists and turns /ups and
downs that took me on this ride until the epic cliffhanger—NO! I couldn’t believe
it. I need to know what happens. So now, its just waiting to know how all ends
up. Which takes us to where El Diablo ended and where Road to Nowhere ended. Mia
is one sassy and strong woman to go thru all she has and still be there for
Creed and Creed, well, all his pain and his demons, when he opens his heart up
for Mia, they quiet. These two are made for each other. They tie together and
Ms .Robinson is a skilled writer who knows how to keep her readers in suspense.
This book is epic and I have a new couple that I love #Creed&Mia What a ride, what an epic ride and we are in
for more of ride when book 2 comes out.
