WOW! This is one hot
romance that will get your pulse racing. Alice
is an 18 year old high school senior whose never felt like she was important
in her mom’s life, never felt loved by her mom and Mr. Jacob Hawke is Alice's therapist;
she has been in therapy for two years .
Alice has this Huge crush on her therapist and teases him, thinking he
will never give in to her but what she doesn’t know is Jacob wants her, craves
her. Alice thinks he cares about her as a patient and wants to help her fix herself but he
will never see her as a real woman. The day comes when Alice is tired of the
pretense and she wants out. That is when Alice finds out her mother has left
her behind in Jacob’s care and quietly made arrangements without telling Alice,
her mother worked quietly and quickly with Jacob. She made arrangements for
Alice to move in with Jacob, her therapist and her new guardian.
It started off with Alice only
teasing Jacob at the start of the
story but Jacob is very tempted by Alice. I mean, he fantasizes
about her and wants to be her first, but he knows it’s wrong. He knows
there is an age difference but also because of his job and his position that he
holds over her. He holds a position of trust and power and if things were ever
found out, he would be in so much trouble but still he craves and wants her so
bad.
Living under the same roof,
Jacob starts to realize there is
more going on with Alice than just issues with her and her mom. Alice is
being bullied and tormented at school and
has been resorting to other means of hurting herself to relieve the stress.
This affects Jacob greatly and he cant stand to watch her hurt any further so
he comes up with a way to help her cope with the stress and the pain. –BDSM.
Let me tell you, the sex scenes between Jacob and Alice are so hot, my
kindle about melted. They are steamy and yummy and erotic. I loved every moment
between the MC. Jacob is one hot Dom and when he wants his “Doll”, he wants his
doll. Alice is an inexperienced
virgin when they first get together but that’s ok, Jacob shows her how
he likes to make love and he likes it rough.
There are many twists and
turns in this book which will keep you on your toes. The sexual tension is high
and you will need several icy drinks and a fan to keep yourself cool while
reading this fabulous story. This is definitely a dark romance with a steamy
twist. The HEA ending is one I adored and highly recommend reading if you like
reading books of this type. I can promise you will not be disappointed.
