Bad Boy Rich by Kat T. Masen is a little darker
read. This is Wes and Milana’s story. We met Wes in Kicking Reality. Milana
is a small town girl who moved to the big city after enduring a
completely terrible week in her life. Her circumstance on why she had to move
was pretty sad and I felt so badly for her. She believes a fresh start will
help her out and give her a clean slate. She meets bad boy Wesley Rich.
Oh Wes is not at all likeable at first. He is selfish, self-absorbed, moody--
just an overall bad boy. There are
moments when he can be a sweetheart but overall he was a total jerk in the
beginning. He was self distructing before the reader’s eyes and when he crossed paths with Milana, their
relationship was one huge emotional rollercoaster full of angst, pain,
heartbreak , drama, intense emotions, passion and love. I enjoyed
reading about Wes and Milana’s love story. This is darker story but it is
amazing. The ending was perfect and something worth savoring.
