Things you need for a good Block Party:
1. Awesome food
2. Great Music
3. Fun games
4. A secret spot to hook up with your even-more-secret
girlfriend.
Liam Edenhoff is a simple creature. He likes women, tacos, and sex. As long as he has those in his life, everything is good. He's finally realizing maybe he's just not cut out for relationships - surely there's got to be a woman out there who'd be okay with roof top margaritas, casual sex, and no attachments.
Enter a new neighbor - one who is allergic to commitment and prefers her sex casual but frequent. She's seen him at his worst and is still willing to play his games, on three conditions - discretion is a must, casual is key, and absolutely no drama. Sounds like the perfect arrangement. What could go wrong?
Famous last words when dealing with neighbors.
This story contains scenes of a graphic sexual nature, multiple uses of coarse language, and more tacos than is healthy or sane to read about. Reader discretion is advised.
This is the third installment in the Twin Estates series

Author Bio
Crazy woman
from a remote location in Alaska (where the need for a creative mind is a
necessity!), I have been writing since ... forever? Yeah, that sounds about
right. I have been told that I remind people of Lucille Ball - I also see
shades of Jennifer Saunders, and Denis Leary. So basically, I laugh a lot, I'm
clumsy a lot, and I say the F-word A LOT.
I like dogs
more than I like most people, and I don't trust anyone who doesn't drink. No, I
do not live in an igloo, and no, the sun does not set for six months out of the
year, there's your Alaska lesson for the day. I have mermaid hair - both a
curse and a blessing - and most of the time I talk so fast, even I can't
understand me.
Yeah. I
think that about sums me up.

*******MY REVIEW *****
Block Party is the
continuation of the Twin Estates series. Liam is a character that we met
in the first two books and in Block Party we find him still trying to
find his way and his happily ever after since he lost the girl to
Wulf. Liam is still very much the party
all the time guy who sleeps around with anything that walks type guy. But he is finding that life isn’t always
greener on the other side and the ladies he sleeps with don’t like his behavior
so he isn’t Mister Popular with them like he used to be. Liam is a great
businessman but not a great boyfriend. In the first two books, we saw Liam as a user,
a manipulator, a jerk but this book shows a different side of him and I loved
that. I didn’t think there was any way I would ever like Liam but I was so
wrong!! Liam turned out to have a
heart, to be compassionate and funny, warm and nice and to really be
loving..this was the redemption of Liam and I was so glad to read all about it.
Liam got the chance to get
that re-do due to Ayumi. She drew out another side to him that was as
unexpected as it was also appreciated. Ayumi was his complete
opposite-she was solemn to his liveliness, Liam was a bit irresponsible vs
Ayumi’s detail-oriented . He was fun loving vs her punctual
side. It’s the “Class Clown “ vs “The
Ice Princess” -- But you know, it’s the opposites attract and they each
brought out sides in each other that they didn’t know existed. Liam more so for
Ayumi. The chemistry was super hot and sizzling. Their romance at first was a
bit weird but soon it was as natural as breathing and I was on the edge of my
seat, waiting to see what would happen next between these two. Underneath the
sexual chemistry between them is a sadness –it lines the relationship. The
rollercoaster of their relationship is full of emotional highs and lows. And
lots of sexual tension. I was dying to know how their relationship would end up
…would Liam finally get the girl or would he be destined to be alone forever.
Also, we get to see previous
characters from the past two books--Wulf and Katya, Tori, Brighton, Landon –
they are back and we get to see how the group are doing. In fact when this book
ends, we get a sneak peak at who gets the next book in the Twin Estates series.
I was filled with glee and cannot wait when I saw whose next.
My Rating: 4.7 stars *****
