Giana Darling has written a
marvelous story with Lessons in Corruptions. She doesn’t hold anything back and
she keeps everything rolling in this story. I loved her Evolution of Sin series
and wondered if I would enjoy this new story and found YES , Yes I did, very
much. I mean, who doesn’t want Lessons
in Corruptions from the best.
King is this total alpha guy.
He is smart, talented and a real go-getter. When he wants something—or someone,
he doesn’t let anything stand in his way and I liked that about him. And he
wants Cressida. Cressida is forbidden fruit. She was so
protected and sheltered growing up, she didn’t know what life was like from
when she lived with her parents’. She played everything safe and at first comes
off as completely boring yet there was this spark whenever she and King were in
the same room and King saw something, someone that needed Corruption.
I don’t want to give much
away but what I can say is that King is the man who is going to change the way
Cressida looks at life and at family. She will need to determine who and what
is most important ; while King walks this fine balance between showing and
controlling. At the end of the story, will they be together or will
this lesson that they have going on force them further apart and ruin this
beautiful love story they have going on?
OMG I have to say the sexual
scenes in this story are blazing HOT and so intense. I loved the chemistry
between King and Cressida. The writing in this story flows, it is fast paced
and literally perfect. I enjoyed this story and I cannot wait to read more from
this author.
