Maddie Emery and Lucas
Rivers' story will have you
rooting for them while reaching for tissues. The story had such a pull
that I was drawn to their 2nd chance love story from page one, word
one until the very last word on the very last page. Whisper Forever is such a beautiful and haunting love
story that will have you asking where your own Lucas Rivers is.
Madelyn and Lucas grew up together as the best of friends for
they were neighbors as kids and their parents were friends so it was natural that they would hang
out and do everything together. But when they hit the high school years,
Lucas became mister big man and left Madelyn in the dust and forgot about
her and they just seem to go their separate ways while Madelyn tried to hide
her heartbreak. Four years have
passed and Lucas is back after having his dream of playing pro football was
shattered. Lucas remembers his best
friend Madelyn and wants to reconnect with her but she doesn’t have fond
memories of their HS years and doesn’t want anything to do with him, especially
to let him near her heart again. Madelyn is now one beautiful, sassy and independent
woman who isn’t about to let any man, especially Lucas Rivers back into her
heart after they did a number on it. But Lucas isn’t a man you count down or
out. He realized he made a mistake and he is ready to prove he has grown up and
is a man ready to show his love for his woman, his mate. Will their
