ARC Review of BREAK POINT By Rachel Blaufeld

Break Point

Rachel Blaufeld has another hit on her hands with a sassy and sweet forbidden romance book . Break Point  is about a college tennis player who falls for her coach. Juliette Smith has moved back home due to an issue at her previous school, she is ready to start school with a clean slate which means play tennis, do well in school and just be on the straight and narrow. But trouble finds Juliette in the form of her new coach- Drew King who is sexy , hot and a bit older than her. Boy, does he have a bit of an attitude. There is , at first, this hostility between them but soon there is this forbidden attraction.  Sparks flew and before long they were diving head long into a secret affair and there were repercussions of that affair. We see the story divided into what happened while she was in college and then 7 years later. Things happened after Drew walked away from Jules that set this story into the path that we see 7 years later. Jules and Drew’s story was so beautiful and angsty yet it will touch your heart. Their romance was forbidden yet so right. I felt so much for them both for the actions that did take place but their coming back into each others lives ended up showing the why for what went down. I dare not say more but you will not go wrong for reading this beautifully written 2nd chance romance story about forbidden love and its outcome.

My Rating:  4.6 stars *****
