Excerpt
Tugging off her shirt, she smiled. Gone were the compression bras; she didn’t burn them, but they were hauled off with the trash shortly after the infamous refrigerator sex. Lace, satin, and underwire took their place.
“What you’re doing right now feels more intimate than anything you’ve ever done to me with your mouth.”
“We’ll see about that.” He wet his lips, eyeing her white lace bra. Approval glimmered in his eyes.
She removed the rest of her clothes, eager to be in his arms. He took a step back as she moved toward him.
“Stop.”
She froze. Her hands searched for a place to be: hanging idle at her sides, covering her breasts, shielding her neatly-shaven pussy?
“Repeat after me.”
“What?” Her voice squeaked with disbelief.
He grinned as his ego gobbled up her confidence. “I’m beautiful.”
Ryn squinted.
“Say it.”
She sighed. “I’m beautiful.”
“I’m taking back every bit of confidence that bastard took from me.”
It would never happen like that, but someone who hadn’t been in her shoes could never understand. However, she loved the naked man standing before her for saying it.
“I’m taking back every bit of confidence that bastard took from me.”
“I’m worthy of happiness.”
That one hit harder than it should have. She’d never given happiness much thought.
“Say it.”
“I’m … I’m worthy of happiness.”
“I’m going to marry Jackson Knight and love him in spite of his multiple fucked-up personalities.”
“Jackson—”
“Say it.” His voice carried a rare pain and vulnerability.
“I’m going to marry Jackson Knight…” she stepped closer and rested her hands on his chest “…and I’m going to love Every. Single. One. Of his fucked-up personalities.”
“I’ve had a shit day,” he whispered, brushing his thumb along her cheek. “Until now.”
She nodded slowly, then looked up at him. “I’ve had a shit life … until now.”
“Touch me,” he said.
“Where?”

Jewel is a free-spirited romance junkie with a quirky sense of humor.
With 10 years of flossing lectures under her belt, she took early retirement from her dental hygiene career to stay home with her three awesome boys and manage the family business.

This is the end to the trilogy of the Jack and Jill books.
This book has so many range of emotions that it will give you whiplash but in a
good way. The End of “Days’” were upon them in this book and all their secrets
were going to come out and put the people they loved in danger. Who they were
are not who they will be and wounds that they thought were sealed will come
open and will bleed like they just were inflicted. What I loved is how the
author made sure to show why she had to take the reader down the road and put
her characters down the road of the emotional pain.
Jackson and Jillian are the two main characters and we get to
see their lives in this story- two different stories going on yet how they
intersect. They are fraternal twins
who like all siblings fight but are
really there for each other and would do what is needed to take care of each
other and if things go bad, they have each other’s back and would literally
fight to the death for one another. They
are one another’s best friend and know each other’s secrets. Jackson is in love
with this older woman named Ryn Middleton. She has had some bad things
happen to her but as we get to see in this book, Jackson is the perfect man who
is wanting to be that man for her. Ryn isn’t sure what to think but as I read
their love story beginning in End of Day and finishing up here , Jackson is
fully ready to be HER man . He finally opens up and tells her about him and his
sister and their past which puts him where she is. I am being deliberately
vague because I do not want to give spoilers away. Jackson and Ryn make a great couple- the
younger man and older woman who has a teenager daughter that is giving her
trouble because she is finally dating again and is happy. When Jackson tells
her about his past, does she run and hold his past against him? Will she use
his secret identity against them? They
love story is beautiful and it is one I
loved in this story
As for Jill’s story-OMG, its explosive. When book two ended,
I thought the man she was with, the man she finally had opened her heart to had
died but NOPE, AJ was alive and Jill was trying to come to terms with it in the beginning of the book. It started
sending her spiraling and she couldn’t cope. Her brother Jackson came in and
took care of everything and AJ wanted to know as he was getting sicker, the
truth about Jill-about who they really were. When he finally found her, he
died. That did Jill in. She lost it. She is remembering when she saw her lost
love—Meanwhile Luke can’t help the fact he saw Jill in that hotel and he needs answers so he
starts searching her out. He doesn’t understand what went wrong or why she has
been out of his life but all he knows is that he is sure she needs him as he
needs her. With Aj’s
death, Jill ends up running and in her haste to get away on the day of his
funeral, she leaves behind her cell phone and when she gets in a car thinking
it was her ride, she finds out no, she was being abducted and its took late to
get away. Now she is in danger and no one knows until its too late that she is
missing.
In this final book, we get flashbacks of Luke and Jill/Jessica's life together. Of the
love between them and of the pain of their separation. Their love is intense and beautiful; and so sad to see of the
heartbreak of their separation. There is twists and turns in this story that
you need to be watching and the ending
is perfect. I would have liked to know how Luke and Jill ended up two years or
so after the story ended in an epilogue but I loved what the author did write. Jewel E. Ann wrote
such a beautiful , emotionally gripping, suspenseful story that she is one of
my favorite authors now. You will not go wrong with this trilogy.
