My review:

No White Knight" by Angel Payne & Victoria Blue is bk 8 in Secrets of Stone series. This is the story of Taylor Mathews and Maclain 'Mac' Stone. 

Taylor and Mac first meet when Taylor’s friend goes into surgery and she’s at first standoffish and somewhat sarcastic towards him in the first of their meeting; it’s like her way of not getting too close to people. As the story progresses, they get alot closer and the chemistry between them gets hotter and their connection deepens! Like super hot that I could feel the steam coming from my kindle as I read their red-hot love story. Along with their connection and red-hot chemistry, they also have in common" mom drama". Taylor always has to bail hers out one way or another while Mac has to deal with his being a major manipulator. 

With the earlier books of the Secrets of Stone Series, Angel and Victoria have another 5 star hit written. Now I'm dying to read the next book in this series to find out how Mac & Taylor make out and will they get their HEA. This was such a beautiful and intense read with such rollercoaster of emotions that have you glued to the story from start to finish.
