OMG, Smiley is such an emotional rollercoaster. I have been waiting for this book for so long and it didn't disappoint- Smiley and Adeline are both characters that were introduced to is in previous books. Smiley is the father of Lane and Shaylin, as well as the retired president of the OG Grim Sinners MC. Adeline is the mother of Alicia, who is Techy's wife, from the Devil's Souls MC. Adeline has had a really rough life up until she was saved by Techy and his band of MC brothers. She is victim of life's circumstances, fate and evil men. Now she has the chance at a better life and has taken it . She's happy and content, reunited with her daughter and settled in her new life, loved as Gigi yet feeling somewhat unsettled.
Smiley is the retired President of the Grim Sinners MC. He sees/meets Adeline at the Devil Souls clubhouse and immediately it's love at 1st sight for him. Smiley knows something has happened to her, but what, he doesn't know. Smiley breaks down Adeline's wall's and shows her just how a real man treats a woman he loves. But someone doesn't want Adeline to be happy and tries to derail her happiness. Read how the MC families come together to protect Adeline and show her how loved she is. The HEA is beautiful and steamy.
The emotions , the action, the adventure, the drama, tension and romance is phenomenal. This series continues to just keep getting more fabulous and brilliant. I cant wait to read whats next in this series.
