This book is a follow up to CHRISTMAS WITH CASSANDRA. We get the story from James and Gwen’s side. We are able to get a look at their relationship past and present and continue the story of Gwen and James. They have been together for seven years. But Gwen is really having trouble with the changes that have been wrought in their lives since Christmas and Cassandra coming into their lives with her news. Plus we find there are other stressors that are shown. This is a deeply emotional and intense read that had me rooting for this couple and their HEA. It is one roller coaster ride of emotions with twists that goes down to the end of the story –does Gwen stay or go? What does James want and do ? Does he want to be with Cassandra and his son or does he want his Gwen, his soulmate? There are villains and secondary characters that enrich this story a lot and help skyrocket the read and make it totally awesome. This is one story you don’t want to miss out on.
