Oh Wow! This is such an
emotional read that you will need tissues on hand. This is an emotional romance
that has that fire, and psychological suspense/mystery going on.
Alex met the love of his
life when he came to spend the his last spring break before college and he met
his best friend’s little sister Calista
(Cali) who at the time was 16 yrs old. He was completely in love and
lust with her. She was body ready, yet not legal. Alex had needs for Cali that
were so deep and overwhelming that he was afraid that he would forget and make
her his, so he decided had to go away from her and away meant all the way to Italy.
This is where he took up his father’s job offer—this is what saved him and gave
him purpose for those 2 years- away until his love was legal.
On the eve of Cali’s 18th
birthday, Alex flew home to finally propose marriage and make Cali his but something
horrible happened that changed the course of their love and put Cali in the
crosshairs of a true psycho. Now Alex has to try and keep them both alive and
safe. Can he prove to his lady love that he really is here for her and will be
here no matter what?
This was such an awesome
story that has so many elements that kept my interests. Loved the insta-love between
the main characters and the twists and turns that came up and almost every
turn
.
