My Review:
This is the finale to the Lessons in Seduction trilogy &
Jack/Eva story. Jack is definitely one strong man who knows what he wants and
it is Eva. He loves her and he is willing to prove it. He has slowly come to
this realization when Eva is taken from him when something terrible happens to
her.
Jack comes to realize after all this time with Eva, that he
does care for her and that he needs her in his life. Jack was this manwhore who
didn’t care about the woman to now he really wants to have this one certain
woman in his life-its quite a change and I love it. I enjoyed how real and
angsty Eva and Jack’s relationship was portrayed. Eva was afraid that Jack
could never love her and she was so very much in love with him. There were so
much up and down moments that I was on this rollercoaster ride- there were
moments that my heart broke for Eva- she found out some secrets that had been
hidden from her and one that was quite life changing involving her father and
it included the mob. Thank God for Jack-he wanted his lady love kept safe and
sound. There are several villains in
this piece –oohh and I was like Eva when I wanted to smack a few around.
The ending was awesome and beautiful. I hope we get to see
these characters again someday. Jack and Eva are a couple who redefined #HEA
and this is why I loved this trilogy.
