This is book 4 in the X-OPS
series and it is about Minka Pajari
& Angelo Rios . Minka
is on the run for her life not knowing whom to trust or where else to go. Just
she knows she is now different due to what the scientists have done to her now.
Angel and his team of special forces soldiers see a fight going on and
in the fight , find a woman with animal features trying to defend herself. Immediately Angelo gets this strange feeling
, and none of the other soldiers are able to get thru to the woman but when it
comes to him, he immediately can. Angelo knows what is happening to her and
places a call to some friends who are with this special department and knows they can help her but the Department
of Covert Operations is out for Minka.
Time is running out, Minka
and Angelo are on the run together, running toward safety. Do they make it or
will the DOCO get them ?
I loved the latest in the
X-ops series--the action, the passion, the adventure, the suspense and the
paranormal aspect to this book. I really enjoyed the sexual chemistry between the
MC in this series and I cannot wait for the next book in this series.
