My Review::

Ronan Sharpe has never felt loved, or ever felt wanted in his life. His own adoptive parents didn’t care about him one way or another. He went thru life feelings like there was no one who cared if he lived or died— and  a brother that hated him . He thought that he found someone who loved him but she was so fake so again he was doomed to go unloved and walk around miserable until her- Keely Carmichael.. She was his next door neighbor and she was the only one who DID care about what happened to him. When he decided to upend his life in Colorado, he didn’t care about that but he knew he would miss Keely.  5 years later he gets a call that shakes his life up in a way he won’t forget.

Keely Carmichael has a horrible home life- her mom died when Keely was at a young age and she was left with a nasty dad who didn’t want her around and treated her horribly and a half sister who , in my opinion, hates the heck out of her. The only bright spot in her life was her next door neighbor Ronan Sharpe and he made her days better but when he up and left, the happiness left her life- at the time he left her she was only a teenage but now she is an adult who had something terrible happen to her and this is a story about how tragedy brought two people back together. There are twists and turns in this story that takes to broken people and brings them together and makes them whole.

I loved how Ms. Fox was able to weave the past into the present and make the past relevant. Oh, I had to have tissues present and I had red eyes several times while reading this story but it was worth it. Ronan was so swoon worthy even though he had been hurt several times yet he still was commanding. And Keely, her past would not make her open to Ronan yet when she shows him her heart…oh my. The twists and turns through this story   make this a wonderful story and I HIGHLY recommend this new story by Ms. Fox
