************My Best Friend’s Stepfather Pt. 1 by Opal Carew REVIEW*********

This is the first in a trilogy by author Opal Carew. Ashley has her first lead feature and she decides to interview a Dominant to bring attention and explain the lifestyle of a D/s. She gets that help from her former friend's stepdad whom she actually has a HUGE crush on. Dare is no longer married to her former friend but the attraction is still there. Ashley tries to keep the interview an interview only, it ends up where Ashley submits to Dare's demands. And oh did she submit. The interaction between them is intense and hot..what I would call a panty melter.
There is another mix to this story-Adam-he is a friend and he is closer in age to Ashley that Dare. And she has also had a crush on him as well and he is her boss and her brother’s friend. And Adam only acts on his feelings for Ashley once he finds out she is going “after” this story and Dare. Oh and when he realizes what this story is about-BDSM. There is a hidden mystery and backstory when it comes to Dare and Adam—I cannot wait to get into what that is in book2. The book ends in a cliffhanger and I cannot wait for book 2-because it leaves me with more questions than answers. Ashley, Dare and Adam have wrapped this story up and now I need things to be unraveled and laid out with answered {grin} The heat is awesome and the D/s between Dare and Ashley is just beginning and I believe book 2 will give more…oh Ms Carew , why the cliffhanger..cant wait for book 2 for answers.
