Hood River Zero is Book # 4 in the Hood River Hoodlum series by K. Webster. This is Terrence and Penny's Story.
I found that as this series progressed, I fell deeper in love with each book and with each couple. With Terrence and Penny, their chemistry and story was truly phenomenal.
Terrence is recovering from his near death car accident. He's dealing with health issues, money problems and no job. He feels broken. Penny is this sassy girl with a smart mouth. She hides her secrets she thought well except Terrence sees through her- that she needs white noise plays thru her headphones to keep her centered. Penny is broken too. These two souls are broken in their own way and that draws them together and they start up this unlikely friendship which grows from there into a steamy relationship. The story just goes out from there in twists and turns that I didn't expect....I loved the secondary cast of characters who I hope get their own books...but wow danger, suspense, action, excitement, passion, angst, heat, family, friends, romance and what a fabulous way to end Hood River Hoodlums ❤. Great story, wonderful writing and awesome characters.
