Meet Prescott
Prescott Lane is the USA TODAY best-selling author of ALL MY LIFE. She's written several other romance books with strong heroines and swoon-worthy heroes. She is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and holds a degree in sociology and an MSW from Tulane University. She married her college sweetheart, and they currently live in New Orleans with their two children and two crazy dogs. Knox by Prescott Lane is a amazing second chance romance between a Hollywood movie star and the girl whose heart he broke-- now she's this high rated talk show host whose show is all about-- you guessed it-- relationships, breakups and men. Knox and Mae's relationship started when they were younger. They knew each other starting when they were 6 years old. Their relationship spans 20 years and they started off as friends then as they grew older then their relationship became more romantic. When Knox became a movie star, he ended up hurting Mae and breaking her heart and leaving her behind as he rose to fame.
Mae moved on after having her heart broke but she never forgot her 1st love and the feelings that she had(still has) for him and goes about her life in her small Colorado town, working every Sunday evening on the radio. Suddenly Mae's life is changed when Knox contacts her after 5 years of radio (excuse the pun) silence. Knox is back and he wants a 2nd chance.
This is wonderful second chance at love that does have a plot twist that keeps the readers hooked. There is a stalker causing some mayhem. On top of the secondary cast of characters, great scenery, beautiful chemistry between Knox and Mae..there is added tension, some angst, drama, danger, suspense, intrigue, passion, romance , love and amazing HEA.
