ARC Review of Hitman's Bride (Bad Boy Empire) by Vanessa Waltz

Love the new story by Vanessa Waltz. Silas and Fawn are very believable characters. What a great start to a new series from her.

Fawn is supposed to be a spoiled brat but she is anything but that. She is spirited and kind. She is independent and pushes people to their limits, especially her father. She is one to go to the outer limits. She doesn’t know when to stop. She doesn’t do anything maliciously, she is a good person overall. She is beautiful and sensual…

Silas comes in and he is new to town. He sees Fawn and he finds himself intrigued yet angry that he wants to get to know her and pushes himself away from her. Her father has already told him she was “off limits”. But he was already aching for her.

Its not long before the two were in each other’s face and space and they combusted and were ended up married to each other and oohh did the fireworks happen. I do not want to give too much away but let’s just say it gets better from here. There are villains in this story and danger galore . They are in danger and they must decide how far they will go for each other , to protect one another. Can Fawn and Silas stand the test and will they or are they doomed?

This was a terrific new book in a new series and I cannot wait to read new characters and I hope to read more in the lives of Fawn and Silas. They were awesome- they were so real and I felt their pain, anger, passion, dreams, hopes…everything came across and it was wonderful. The plot was real and the flow didn’t interrupt. It was wonderful from start to end. This is one book you do not want to miss.

My rating: 4.9 stars.
