ARC Review --DARK PARADISE - A Political Romantic Suspense by Winter Renshaw

This is a bit darker and oh my, such a good read. It involves a politician who falls in love with a call girl. He has a bit of a kink where he wants her blindfolded…the reasons why will get you immediately and their relationship as it starts will draw you in…

 Sugar Baby aka Camille is an exclusive, high-class escort. She is passed around to the sexually depraved, middle-aged senators of Washington D.C like chocolate and/ or candy. She ends up landing an exclusive million-dollar contract for 12 weeks with a guy who insists that she wear a blindfold during their times together. When they get together, she feels different—their times are special, electric. His touch is perfect, amazing and whenever their together, their time is magical and perfect. 

“John” aka Ronan feels that he needs to be with Camille. When they’re together, she doesn’t lie to him, she doesn’t sugar coat anytime and she is always blunt with him and he finds that refreshing.  Thing is, “John” is one of the sons of the President of the United States and his every move is monitored which is why he had Camille blindfolded as so to protect her. It was a secrecy move ; See, “John” saw her and he wanted her and now he has her services and has gotten to really know her during their “times” together, he wants more of her.

These two people lead unproductive lives in the real world and as their real world starts to collide with their private world, will they be able to be together? They are so good together and the sex is off the chains. Seductive, earthy, and oh so powerful. There is some HUGE twists and turns coming in this story and at the end get ready for one huge TWIST.
I will say, I would have liked to know how the MC ended up and would have liked to know how their lives ended up. It was a tad rushed but overall, this was such a powerful story and I loved the MC of the story.
