Wow! What a wild ride and it’s not over. This is like a smooth drink that just gets better as you drink and the more you drink, the more you want and never want to stop.

Lila works as an ad exec and her job is extremely rough. She is going to work this one last campaign and if it doesn’t work, then she is going to walk away and look for another company to work for or another jon because the stress is just not worth it.  This campaign she is working now is for Billionaire Hunter Knox and his company—its to get his bourbon  repackaged and launched again. Lila knew that if anyone could do it, she could.

She happened to be in a bar getting ready to pitch to Hunter’s people and she runs into this sexy beast of a man and next thing she knows, she and this man have gotten REALLY close…well everything but doing the full deed. Her date got a call and she figured she would never see him again…what a surprise she got when she saw him at the pitch meeting to Hunter Knox’s people when she is about ready to pitch and in walks Hunter Know—the man she almost had a one night stand with.  Lila is very responsible, one who is by the book, very sweet and tries to make everyone happy. She is a sweet person and very pretty. She doesn’t feel this way, and you get that by the way her mom treats her.

Hunter is this sweet guy; one minute fiercely Alpha, the next minute he comes across as vulnerable.  The chemistry between Lila and Hunter is immediate. Hunter wants Lila so bad. Lila wants Hunter but because they work together, she knows it cannot happen. She fights the attraction.  There are so many twists and turns coming thru and the cliffhanger ---OMG I didn’t see that coming. I cannot wait for book two.
