ARC Review of Sins of Her Father by KATHLEEN MIX

*A gifted copy was provided by the publisher for my honest review* Faith Rochambeau found out just after her mother died that she was actually conceived from a violent rape. She was horrified and wanted to get justice for her mother and make her bio dad, Victor Telemann, pay for what he did to her mom. Faith used her computer skills to dig into every aspect into his life and found he is running a Fortune 500 company. She decides to infiltrate his life by using her cousin’s name (Josie) and go down their undercover. While down there trying to find ways to take down her bio-dad, she ends up getting a job designing and creating a corporate website for his company. She finds herself making friends in the company, especially with a cute guy named Kent who comes around a lot and there is chemistry, an attraction. She finds she wants to tell him her secret but she can’t. She wishes to be honest but this is something she cant. While she is hiding a secret about herself, so is Kent. Kent is really Victor's stepson and he's been ordered by his stepfather to investigate Josie for possible corporate spying. There is so many things going on, its action packed as well as a psychological thriller at times. It’s hard to keep up because there is so much going on. You can tell the MC have an attraction but with the secrets being kept are fighting it. This is engaging story and there is several things going on –will Faith/Josie make it out alive, is Kent her hero or her enemy? Will Victor come out the winner , only you will know by reading this story. I really enjoyed this story and found the ending to be good but would have liked there to be more of an epilogue letting us know how their story ends.. maybe 6 months to 1 year in the future .But that is my option –Overall you will like this story and the ending of the story. My rating: 4.4 stars ****
