Dark Need by Clarissa Wild is this intense and darkly wild ride read that takes the reader on quite the rollercoaster ride.
This is Soren and April's story. Soren starts off as April's captor, her enemy, her tormentor. He took April away from all she knew in life as she was out at a club trying to recover from what she had just seen and just blow steam off in best way at the club when this terrifying ordeal occurred and now she's with him...Soren. Soren we know from the previous books (Dark Wish &Dark Lies) as the "big, silent man that punishes the sinners". Well he is still that here in this book. Their chemistry is electric and raw. Their love is not for the faint hearted, that's for sure. It was a bumpy road and they had to open up to one another before the love , the romance- the connection grew between them even as the chemistry was hot and poppin. April is sassy and innocent, determined to make Soren see the House rules are wrong and he doesn't have to follow them. Can Soren finally break free from the House triggers ? Will these two get there HEA ? There's drama, suspense, intrigue, action, excitement, raw emotions, angst, secrets, twists, chemistry, heat, feels, romance and yes- love. It's definitely a dark dark romance and I was so glad that Soren his book!! Enjoyed the ending!
