Wicked Rule is Book 1 in the new series "Heartless Kingdom" by KI Lynn. The story about Atticus and Ophelia is captivating, complex and intense. Their story starts with a one night stand which soons leads to a fake marriage. It's everything that takes place before, during and after makes this quite the emotional rollercoaster journey of a read. Full of feels, angst, secrets, twists, chemistry, heat, - not even a normal relationship ; quite dysfunctional but every one has to start somewhere. Atticus and Ophelia are drawn to one another, like months to a flame. There's twists and turns that take place... two broken , dysfunctional souls who found each other. Really liked how the story ended. I hope we get more books in this world featuring some of the cast of secondary characters.
