My Review:
Merciless Saints is Book # 1 in the new
St. Monarch's Academy Series by Michelle Heard . The new series is all about the Mafia. Book 1 is about the mafia/crime families that attend St. Monarch's which in bk 1 we get Winter Hemsley and the reason why she had to attend the academy. Once there, she was faced with betrayal, backstabbing, animosity and deception from the students. Winter never thought she'd come to face this from fellow students when she's there to train.
Damien Vetrov is around, training to be what his family is all about, personal protection/assassins, and he is about to be paired with the top assassin and be graduating out of the Academy when a situation occurs with Winter. Next thing happens and Damien is assigned to guard and protect Winter. From two people who definitely not happy about this yet the chemistry sparks between them. Who wants Winter dead? Winter is not about to let Damien protect her, she's gonna take care of herself; but wait. Damien Vetrov is going to own her, protect her and kill for her. Seriously, the heat factor is hot 🔥. The alphaness is amazing 👏🙌😍 There are several twists in a amazing fast-paced romance read. This story has intrigue, action, excitement, suspense, passion, angst, secrets, twists, mystery, romance, heat , and feels. I can't wait for book 2!!!
