Queen Novalee's trapped by her cruel uncle and bargained off at the age of tender age of 18 to live on an remote island for 12 months at the mercy of 12 men with varying degrees of sexual desires who will use her and her body as they see fit JUST as long as they don't take her virginity. See the 12 men have plans for her for at the end of the 12 months only 1 of those 12 men will marry the Queen.
In book 1, we meet Liam. The chemistry is sizzling and sweet yet intense between them. Novalee's a prisoner and she can't leave. Her cruel uncle has made it to where she's stuck in a bargain she didn't even sign up for.. there's something so slimy and repulsive about that uncle. Liam won me over by the end of book 1. This is a seriously dark and twisted romance. It's got dark Desires , romance and twisted deliciousness. I can't wait for book 2 and the next astrological sign/male with Queen Novalee. This was such a great read that I quite enjoyed.
