ARC Review of SEAL's Ultimate Challenge by Elle James

Cory (Reaper) Nipton has suffered a terrible loss when he was on active duty as a Navy Seal as did Leigha Fields when she was a D.C. police officer which abruptly ended her career. These two meet when Leigha , who by now has started over in a new career as a physical therapist and she is assigned to Reaper as his therapist. It’s her first case and she is nervous. Meanwhile, Reaper is feeling as though he will never be whole again and is angry and hates this woman who is on his case. As they work together, he is torn because at times he is angry with her but he is also attracted to her. Which is bad because she is his phys therapist and he is engaged to another woman- Delaney. He is so torn on how he feels. Leigha herself is fighting feelings of attraction to Reaper because she finds that she is attracted to Reaper but because he is her patient, she is fighting hard to not let this show. Two people who are attracted and have gone thru bad times. Leigha shows Reaper that it’s how you handle tragedy, and what you do to after the fact. “ The world breaks every one and afterward many are strong at the broken places.” Ernest Hemingway

This story has many great points and the love story of the MC is what makes this a fantastic story along with action, suspense and the parts about the hero’s military –wonderful. There are many twists to this story that I advise you to stay tuned to.
