ARC REVIEW of Security Risk by Janie Crouch

Security Risk (A Bree and Tanner Thriller #2)Security Risk by Janie Crouch
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Security Risk by Janie Crouch continues the Bree and Tanner series. Book 2 picks up about 3 months later where the book 1 left off. The readers see Bree continue her work at the diner and that she has made progress in acquiring social skills. Instead of she being a target of a madman this time, it appears that it's Tanner this time. He's on the hot seat as bodies from one of his past cases start to pile up. Someone is determined to make Tanner look like a vigilante killer. Can Bree and Tanner figure out who the mystery person is that is determined to ruin Tanner's life, albeit permanently? Or will they be too late?
This was another sensational story with suspenseful moments, action scenes, rollercoaster moments and sizzling chemistry between the main characters. I liked the banter between the main characters. It's fresh and exciting. The plot is good. Not dull, but inviting and keeps you engaged. I can't wait for book 3 in this series.

My Rating: 4.5 stars *******
