MY REVIEW:

The Earl of London by Louise Bay is a steamy and emotional ‘enemies-to-lovers’ standalone romance that had me hooked from the very first word on page 1! This red-hot love story was hard to put down and I knew, from the very start, that this book was one that I was going to savour. Darcy and Logan are two souls who have this whole antagonistic vibe at first which fits the whole enemies to lovers storyline. Darcy, Ryder’s sister ( from Duke of Manhattan) loves her beautiful countryside village and is very uneasy when she heard that the new owner Logan who lives next door is known to destroy businesses for a profit. A right Posh individual who can be beastly. In the beginning of the story i didn't really like Logan- he came across ss shallow and full of himself. But then,as the story progresses then things do change for the better. I definitely like Darcy for she is sassy, sweet and cute. She doesn't like liars or people using her and will let them know her feelings straight away. Logan is attracted to Darcy yet he doesn't want committ - he's one of those one n done men yet something about Darcy keeps bringing him back. Darcy doesn't want Logan to hurt her village while he doesn't care about anyone but his wants or needs. These two are the perfect match in so many ways. This story shows how they go hurtling head long into a relationship that they weren't seeking nor needing but just because they weren't seeking doesn't mean it couldn't be nurtured and developed. The relationship was a rollercoaster of a ride, but in the end, they got there and i enjoyed reading how it changed each of them, especially since their chemistry was off the charts.
